“Ariane” basic modular composition with six coil holders

Modular decoiler with 6 coil holders mounted on a steel frame.
The vertical frame, made with a tube-shaped piece of 18×18 mm in galvanized steel, has 2 lateral masts for supporting the coil holders and 6 thread guide rings.
It is provided supporting legs with non-slip feet in order to increase the stability and resistance during the use.
The metallic structure can be equipped with wheels to facilitate the handling and with a counter for measuring the cable.
The single decoiler in Ø 300 mm is made in shockproof plastic and contains regular skeins of 290 mm.
Each coil holder rotates on its support and you only need to extract the wire from the internal coil, which must be introduced in the proper guide under the cover (Fig. 1), while the external end must be fixed into the container’s hole (Fig. 2).
This procedure is essential because the wire is protected from damaging twisting that can occur while pulling the cable.
The cable, which is introduced inside the thread guide ring, remains always available for the operator.
